Application:

Our Automatic Liquid Filling Machines are ideal to fill liquid products, such as liquid medicine, beverages, lotions, and oils etc. It is applicable to a variety of different viscosity fluid filling material, widely used in cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical, oil and other industries.
This series is based on the TIMED FLOW VOLUMETRIC FILLING PRINCIPLE. We choose excellent components of known brand for the ATF's electric and pneumatic systems to ensure the machine's good quality. The standard machines of this series are equipped with 6 to 10 filling nozzles, we can also reduce or add the nozzles according to your production output.

Working principle:

This machine consists of turntable, cylinder positioning device, ropp cap-screwing system, bottle outlet track and electric control system. It depends on cylinder to position the bottles, cylinder to push the filling needle up and down to finish the filling and sealing in one time or multiple times.
Bottle charging, positioning, filling and bottle discharging are all automatic, if the bottle is not on the right position, the bottle is blocked, or the filling pipe is not inserted into the bottle when filling, the equipment will protect automatically and continue to operate after eliminating the trouble.
